Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and present findings to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Support the financial planning and analysis function.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities and present recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance-related documents.
• Perform variance analysis and reconcile discrepancies.
• Contribute to the development of strategic financial plans.
• Provide training and mentorship for junior analysts.
• Collaborate with external auditors as required.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures for financial reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in financial analysis
