Job Description

As an Order Clerk, you will manage client communications and ensure their needs are efficiently met. Your role will involve handling a high volume of calls and emails while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming communication channels and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of information between departments.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer reports and analytics.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes for improvement.
  • Actively seek to enhance client satisfaction in every interaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer-focused roles is required.

Languages
