Job Description

Looking for a motivated Sales Associate to enhance our customer experience and drive sales in East London. Your responsibilities will include engaging customers, assisting with product selection, and achieving personal and store sales goals. Experience in retail will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills.
• Support promotional events and product launches.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Engage in follow-up communication with customers post-purchase.
• Utilize sales reports to strategize personal sales goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Degree in Marketing or Business is highly preferred

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of retail or sales experience

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Market analysis

Soft Skills

• Conflict resolution
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingualism: Ability to speak one or more additional languages will be a plus.
• Social media marketing experience: Experience in leveraging social media for customer engagement.
