Job Description

As a Refurbish Technician, you'll be responsible for testing, diagnosing, and refurbishing a variety of electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets. Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and refurbish a broad range of electronic devices.
• Perform quality assurance checks to confirm device functionality.
• Keep detailed records of the refurbishing process for inventory management.
• Communicate updates to customers regarding their repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve refurbishment techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Continuously improve the refurbishment process to enhance quality.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate (or equivalent)
• Technical certification in electronics preferred

Experience

• Experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
