Job Description

As an Interior Designer at Creative Spaces Design, you'll be tasked with creating beautiful, functional spaces for our diverse range of clients. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients to bring design concepts to life, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed floor plans and elevations.
• Advise clients on color, style, and materials to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes.
• Collaborate with other members of the design and construction teams for integrated planning.
• Prepare and present project design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Implement sustainable design practices where possible to enhance environmental responsibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential and commercial design

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Photoshop

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Green Building Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
