Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural plans and specifications using CAD software.
• Assist in the management of project timelines and budgets.
• Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure projects meet legal codes.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Utilize advanced design technologies and techniques.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all design work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Project Management

Certifications

• Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession.

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
