Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to manage the operations of our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative processes, coordinating staff activities, and supporting patient care initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the scheduling and workflow of administrative staff.
  • Conduct regular assessments of service delivery processes.
  • Ensure patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives are in place.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Support the development of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the management of emergency procedures and protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
