Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team in Durban. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to enhance our operational efficiency. Your role will include managing schedules, organizing files, and facilitating communication within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointments and calendar for the team.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and social media posts.
  • Coordinate and arrange team-building activities.
  • Support financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications.
  • Evaluate and enhance office procedures for efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure all tasks are completed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Office Administration or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative roles
