ABC Finance is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Keyer / Check Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and reconciling checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Ensure all check processes are completed in alignment with compliance standards.
Serve as the primary contact for check processing queries from team members.
Compile weekly and monthly reports on check processing activities.
Assist in developing efficiencies in the check processing workflow.
Participate in training new staff on check processing procedures.
Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to resolve payment issues.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in accounting or banking

Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Professional certification: Certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is an asset.
