Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Industrial Engineer who is passionate about improving manufacturing systems and processes. This role involves the application of engineering principles to streamline operations and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Candidates should have a knack for data analysis and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of proposed engineering projects.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate manufacturing efficiency.
• Research new technology trends and assess their applicability to existing processes.
• Draft and implement engineering specifications and standards for production.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and reduce downtime.
• Manage engineering projects from inception through execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
