Our company is looking for skilled Production Workers to join our team as Flaker Specialists. The successful candidates will operate and maintain flaker equipment, ensuring efficient production processes and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Safely operate and conduct regular maintenance of flaker machinery.
• Monitor production output, adjusting settings as required.
• Document production and maintenance activities accurately.
• Support the team in achieving production targets.
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean work environment and follow sanitation protocols.
• Assist in the development of new flaking methods.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Technical diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operating and maintaining flaking equipment.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Basic electrical systems knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
