As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll be pivotal in ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards. You will design test plans, conduct tests, and document findings thoroughly. Your attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional products to our users.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation tests for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Monitor software performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Provide support for production issues as they arise.
• Engage in active communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Help manage the testing environment and setup testing tools as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar

Experience

• 3+ years of testing experience, preferably in an Agile environment

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Tools
• SQL

Certifications

• Agile Testing Certification
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with DevOps practices: Familiar with DevOps principles for seamless testing and deployment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools.
