Responsibilities

• Manage patient care plans and adjust as needed based on feedback.
• Educate patients on discharge instructions and follow-up care.
• Support nursing interns and new staff in their role.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training.
• Respond to patient calls and address their concerns promptly.
• Assist in the coordination of patient discharge processes.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are in good working order.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience, particularly in specialized areas
