Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our clients experiencing technical issues. This role requires strong customer service skills and technical abilities to troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software problems. You will play a key role in maintaining network systems and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for IT support problems and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Conduct system audits and prepare reports for management.
  • Help develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the deployment of new applications and updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve IT goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
