UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join our friendly team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be passionate about improving user experiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to create engaging and intuitive designs that meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and detailed specifications for developers.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.
• Contribute to the development of a design system to ensure consistency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s in UX/UI Design or similar field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio.

Technical Skills

• Usability Testing
• Wireframing and Prototyping Tools (e.g., Adobe XD, InVision)
• Responsive Design

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
