• Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage classroom dynamics.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
• Encourage critical thinking and promote a love of learning.
• Stay updated with educational best practices and new teaching methods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Teaching certification is mandatory

Experience

• 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred
