Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Engraver to join our team. In this role, you will create intricate designs and engravings on a variety of surfaces such as metal, glass, and plastic, using specialized tools and equipment. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure we meet our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their engraving needs and preferences.
• Execute precise engravings, ensuring accuracy and quality in every project.
• Work alongside a creative team to brainstorm and develop new design techniques.
• Prepare surfaces for engraving by cleaning and finishing materials prior to work.
• Evaluate finished products for quality assurance before delivery to clients.
• Document process improvements and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in engraving or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Demonstrated experience using various engraving tools and techniques

Technical Skills

• Laser Engraving
• Diamond-tipped Engraving

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Client Relations

Certifications

• Certified Engraver

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with software for design: Familiarity with design software programs such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
• Customer service experience: Experience in client-facing roles to ensure understanding of customer needs.
