As a Financial Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, developing financial models and forecasts, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to aid in strategic planning.
• Liaise with auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Update financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform variance analyses and explain the reasons for deviations from budgets.
• Research market trends to inform business strategies.
• Participate in cross-departmental teams on financial projects.
• Enhance reporting processes and tools to increase data accuracy and accessibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CFA or similar certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field

Languages
