Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Assessment Analyst to join our team in Sandton. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating risks associated with our financial operations. You will assess data, provide actionable insights, and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies to enhance our business's resilience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure in alignment with corporate goals.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
• Support the preparation of the risk management reports for senior management.
• Participate in audits and risk management assessments.
• Coordinate with external auditors on risk-related matters.
• Develop presentations to communicate risk management strategies and results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• MBA in Risk Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in professional risk management

Technical Skills

• Quantitative Analysis
• Statistical Software

Certifications

• PRM (Professional Risk Manager)
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

Languages

• English: Fluent
