Job Description

We are seeking an HR Compliance Officer to oversee our recruitment policies and ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR compliance and talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review job postings and recruitment materials for compliance.
  • Assist in developing training programs on compliance for HR personnel.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance to the HR team on compliance-related queries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate degree in HR or compliance is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or related fields
