As an Advocacy Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping community outreach programs and driving public awareness initiatives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local organizations, managing advocacy campaigns, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Establish a strategic HR framework for the organization.
• Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
• Work closely with management to align HR policies with business objectives.
• Lead talent management strategies including training and development.
• Design and implement leadership development programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR issues.
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Conduct training needs assessments and implement training programs.
• Ensure effective talent development processes are in place.
• Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• HR certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
