Responsibilities

• Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
• Facilitate communication between various project teams.
• Monitor completion of project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during construction.
• Document project processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Science
• MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in commercial construction
