Responsibilities

• Play a key role in developing project scopes and budgets.
• Ensure structural designs meet safety protocols and sustainability guidelines.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary project teams to ensure cohesive integration of structures.
• Maintain effective communication with all project participants to align on project goals.
• Utilise engineering software for simulations and modelling.
• Prepare and review contracts and procurement documents.
• Assess site conditions and prepare site reports.
• Implement innovative techniques to improve efficiency and sustainability in designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in complex structural projects

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• Structural Design Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Prior experience in project management: Experience leading small to medium-sized projects successfully.
