Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Engineer in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing electrical systems and projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical design, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement energy-efficient electrical solutions.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to designs.
• Develop relationships with clients and vendors.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior engineers.
• Collaborate on the R&D of new products and services.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Project Management certification is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years in electrical engineering with project management experience

• Chartered Engineer status

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of IoT applications in electrical engineering: Experience in integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technologies into electrical systems.
• Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM): Knowledge of using BIM for improving project efficiency and reducing costs.
