UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through execution.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.
• Design and refine user journeys to optimize engagement and retention.
• Use design software to create high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and implementations.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design team’s growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in UI/UX design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

Languages

• English: Fluent
