UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to innovate our design processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, developing user personas, and crafting engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma to craft visual assets.
• Collaborate with user researchers to understand user needs and pain points.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability tests to optimize user interactions.
• Develop and maintain design libraries and guidelines.
• Assist in the training of junior design team members.
• Participate in design critiques to refine concepts and foster a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your work
