Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. You will be tasked with streamlining production processes, enhancing operational performance, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify process failures.
• Implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
• Prepare project proposals for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve material quality.
• Manage project timelines and ensure objectives are met.
• Analyze statistical data to support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops to promote team engagement and improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in solid industrial engineering roles

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
