The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will lead project teams, ensure quality standards, and manage client relationships effectively. Your expertise will be vital in driving project success and achieving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee procurement and management of materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accurate project financial reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
