UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design projects from concept to execution.
• Analyze user data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop style guides and design systems for consistent application.
• Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand identity through design.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to strategy discussions about product direction and user experience.
• Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in UX/UI design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• User research methods
• Wireframing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments.
