Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and guidance throughout their journey with us. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance the customer experience and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Foster customer relationships to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop training materials and assist in customer training programs.
  • Monitor customer health scores for proactive engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer service or client management
