We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing diverse teams, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities to achieve project targets.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety standards.
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and project teams.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environment.
• Review and approve project change orders and budgets.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement among the construction staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Postgraduate diploma in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
