Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop budgets and schedules, monitoring progress against established milestones.
  • Facilitate communication between various stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget.
  • Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of project team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Project Management or Construction Management
Experience
  • 5+ years of managing construction projects in a supervisory role
Technical Skills
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Soft Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
Certifications
  • Construction Management Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM): Experience with BIM software for construction planning.
