Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Fundraising Manager who will lead our fundraising efforts in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in developing strategies to secure funds from individuals, corporations, and grants, focusing on building lasting relationships with donors.

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative fundraising programs that align with our mission and community needs.
  • Enhance donor engagement through regular communication and appreciation initiatives.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies to promote fundraising efforts.
  • Conduct donor research to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in fundraising activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in fundraising within the non-profit sector
