Job Description

As a Chemical Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process, operating machinery that converts raw materials into high-quality plastic products. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment is running smoothly, conducting quality checks, and maintaining production logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate polymer production machinery and monitor outputs.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on production equipment.
• Document production outputs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify operational problems and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve targets.
• Assist in implementing process improvements.
• Support production supervisors in daily tasks.
• Participate in safety training and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in Chemical Engineering or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• PLC Programming
• Data Entry Software

• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Safety Protocols: Understanding of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Previous Experience in a Similar Role: Having worked as a Chemical Equipment Operator or similar position.
