Job Description

Join our exceptional team in Johannesburg as a Hotel Manager where you will be responsible for managing hotel operations, leading staff, and enhancing guest experiences while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and catering.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for guest services.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote hotel services and packages.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of hotel services and operational processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in the hospitality industry with proven management experience
