Job Description

We seek an experienced Electro-Mechanical and Mechatronics Technician to join our dynamic team. Successful candidates will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated control systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal system performance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-efficiency control systems based on project specifications.
• Conduct troubleshooting sessions to resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
• Ensure all systems are compliant with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Liaise with management to discuss system performance improvements and necessary upgrades.
• Train new hires on equipment handling and maintenance protocols.
• Support project managers in planning and executing control system projects.
• Maintain the documentation for each project phase and ensure updates are current.
• Assist in the development of troubleshooting procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor system performance and report faults to the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a diploma in electrical engineering, automation or related field
• Certification in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of automated control systems
