Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our Cape Town team. This role is integral in identifying new business opportunities and developing long-lasting customer relationships to drive our sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage CRM systems to accurately record sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
