Job Description

As a Stockroom Manager, you will lead our inventory management team in Cape Town, overseeing stock control processes and ensuring efficient systems are in place. You will play a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and enhancing the overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily stockroom operations and inventory flow.
• Develop and implement inventory management systems.
• Supervise and support stockroom team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales departments to align inventory needs.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements.
• Lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Address stock discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in stockroom management
