Job Description

As a Retail Manager in Cape Town, you will lead our store team, focus on enhancing customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. We seek an individual with a proven track record in retail management who can motivate a team to deliver high-quality service while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate retail operations in accordance with company objectives.
• Supervise staff performance and provide ongoing coaching.
• Design and execute all sales promotions and inventory management processes.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Lead regular team meetings to discuss performance and strategy.
• Track and report on store financial performance metrics.
• Enhance visual merchandising to maximize product exposure.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed consistently.
• Actively participate in community events to boost store visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Retail Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in management
