Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager in Port Elizabeth to oversee daily operations and lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the retail store.
• Establish and maintain store visual standards.
• Recruit and onboard new staff members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Manage budgets effectively and control operational costs.
• Encourage innovative ideas from team members.
• Participate in community events to promote store visibility.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in retail
