You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event coordination, from inception to execution, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive event plans and proposals for clients.
• Oversee the recruitment and management of event staff and volunteers.
• Create and manage timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to finalize event details.
• Ensure all event supplies and materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the planning phase or on the event day.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Evaluate the success of completed events and report findings.
• Implement new ideas to improve event processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
