Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing contracts and ensuring compliance while optimizing our business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile contract disputes and negotiate settlements effectively.
  • Monitor contract performance and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support legal department in compliance reviews and audits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any contract-related inquiries.
  • Develop templates and streamline contract processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive contractual information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Management
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years experience in procurement and contract negotiation
