Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be tasked with developing and executing test plans, identifying software defects, and continuously improving our quality assurance processes. A background in software testing and excellent problem-solving skills are prerequisites for this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing efforts with product launches.
• Review and analyze requirements and specifications.
• Document quality assurance processes and maintain testing records.
• Train and mentor junior QA staff.
• Manage multiple testing projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in the development of QA strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certification in Quality Assurance is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance
