• Monitor industry trends and recommend updates to processes.
• Collaborate in capital expenditure projects for equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all engineering activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience
