Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices for Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct time studies to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes and improvements.
• Establish performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate on design and process changes to maximize manufacturability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Operations Research
• Statistical Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of CAD software: Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design software for optimization.
