Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the execution of strategic initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and a robust technical background, enabling successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and adapt as needed.
  • Analyze project data to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial limits.
  • Engage with external partners and vendors to deliver on project requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
