• Ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements.
• Create promotional materials and assist with marketing efforts.
• Assist in managing and training event staff and volunteers.
• Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain positive working relationships.
• Utilize event management software to track tasks and manage projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event planning with a proven track record of successful events

Languages
