Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our dedicated team in Cape Town. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for guest services and the ability to manage all aspects of hotel operations, from front office to housekeeping and food services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel staff scheduling and oversee training initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards across all departments.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of hotel facilities.
  • Develop relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
  • Oversee inventory management and purchasing for hotel supplies.
  • Establish and maintain a strong online presence for the hotel.
  • Respond to guest feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Drive customer loyalty programs to increase repeat business.
  • Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Foster a culture of excellence among the team to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in hotel operational management
