• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Engage in continuing education to stay updated on healthcare trends.
• Coordinate with community services for patient referrals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with advanced practice focus

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in a healthcare setting

• Chronic Disease Management

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
