Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving patient care processes. This position requires someone with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the facility’s budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and present to management.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes.
  • Ensure that healthcare policies are communicated and adhered to by staff.
  • Establish performance metrics for administrative staff.
  • Coordinate with the IT department for improved healthcare software usage.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Relevant certifications in healthcare are advantageous
