Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients needing surgical interventions.
• Lead and participate in surgical procedures in coordination with the surgical team.
• Monitor patients during their hospital stay, ensuring effective post-operative care.
• Educate families about the surgical processes and post-operative care requirements.
• Involve in hospital committees focusing on pediatric care improvements.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary approaches for complex cases and treatments.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)
• Completed training in Pediatric Surgery

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years practicing pediatric surgery in a clinical environment
